Edmond N. Baking is a chemical engineer, licensed professional teacher, certified service eligible, and registered chemical technician. He is a Junior Level Scholar awardee of the Department of Science and Technology and the lead author of the book “Precalculus for STEM” at Pinagpala Publishing, Inc. He is currently a Public School Teacher at Department of Eductaion.
Edmond has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Saint Louis University, where he was a Dean's Lister for three (3) consecutive years. He also holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Dagupan and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Management from the same university. Edmond has attended various training, seminars, and webinar programs, including Capcitating Scholar Graduates with Pedagogical Skills wherein he showcase his pedagogical skills by demonstrating a Mathematics 7 topic, National Training-Workshop on Pedagogical Retooling for Professional Teachers, and Regional Training for Filipino Sign Language Level 1 and Level 2.
He possesses complex problem-solving skills, a good aptitude for analysis, good verbal communication skills, and the ability to think critically and analytically. He is proficient in conducting chemical process tests, taking and measuring samples, and understanding engineering principles and mathematics.
