From a young age, I have always loved cooking. I was inspired by my grandparents and mom. A few years after high school, I decided to enroll in culinary school. Now, 24 years later, and I am still following my passion.
I have been in all types of kitchens. From short order cooking to very fine dining, cooking in other countries, teaching classes, and plenty more. In my spare time ( when there is some), I read cook books, write menus, create meals and menus for my neighbors, and give advance for people with dietary needs.
I have developed allot of different talents and growth along my culinary path. Now, I would like to extend that knowledge to people that would love to learn, no matter what the age may be. I feel that the culinary world is a never ending adventure, and I love being a part of it.
