I first learned to play chess when I was 8 years old, so I have been playing for 28 years. I haven't found time in my extracurricular activities to become officially rated under FIDE.
But I play chess at an estimated ELO of 1600 - 1800.
My particular expertise in chess is explaining the ideas behind named openings, and the possible variations that could arrise within the first 15 moves of said openings.
I can't get you to a Master Chess level.
However, I can make it so that if your opponent doesn't know at least the top three variations of the opening that you are playing, you will beat them every time because you will be prepared knowing what the pitfalls and traps are in these openings.
I specialize in romantic chess, with openings like the King's Gambit, the Vienna Gambit, The Morphy Gambit against the Sicilian, The French, The Jaenisch Gambit against Ruy Lopez, The Traxler Gambit against the Fried Liver Attack, and the King's Indian.
