I have always been passionate about helping people and being able to support those in need genuinely. As a student studying social work at BYU-Hawaii, I learned a lot more about being a social worker.... It is more than just helping people. We have a lot of roles as a social workers where we would advocate, educate, research, and so much more in helping to build a better community and helping individuals and families. Studying at an international school has helped me become more aware of the diverse cultures and social workers' influence in those countries. Hi! I'm Moala, and I am currently staying in Hawaii. I am a Pacific Islander and am excited to gain new experiences and grow as an individual. I am passionate about teaching language skills to second... -language learners and helping them with listening, speaking, reading, or writing.
