As a graduate from Rollins College with a BA in English and Psychology, I am no stranger to writing. My Psychology major saw me write lab reports, statistical analysis reports, scripts for educational videos, and other forms of communicating research and results to people inside and outside of the field. From my English major, I wrote professional papers, creative narrative fiction and nonfiction, and every form of literary analysis.
I also worked at my college’s Tutoring and Writing Center before graduating and moving to freelance work. I have tutored middle school, high school, college, and graduate students in writing skills, grammar, and research skills. I especially enjoy working with students who speak English as a second language, and helping them build the toolbox necessary to expressing themselves as clearly in English as they do in their native language (be it Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Nepali).
