Jahkwez AssiniBlacksburg, VAWe’re gonna make breakthroughs and level up your art!
Since fifth grade, I have been highly determined to become an artist. Japanese comic book artists like Masashi Kishimoto and Tite Kubo inspired me at a very young age. Throughout middle and high school, I took art classes and eventually went from taking high school art classes in middle school to taking college art classes in high school. Even outside of school, I focused on perfecting my craft, working with ink, charcoal, watercolor acrylic, and oil paint, and accepting different commissions from friends and family.
I then went to college to get my work-study degree to get straight into the workforce. After taking two years of art classes in college studying digital art and traditional art, I got my work-study degree in art communications and design at 18. Since then, I have been doing freelance art and working on comic books and digital logos.
I look forward to sharing my knowledge and helping other aspiring artists excel in their craft and learn new things about art!
