Michael JayneCorvallis, ORBA Physics, BS Mathematics, MS Statistics
I have been studying mathematics and statistics intensely since I was an undergraduate student. I have my BA degree in physics, my BS degree in mathematics and my MS degree in statistics. The one common trait of all 3 of those degrees is that they all required a lot of math!
In particular, over the course of my mathematics education, I learned:
*Algebra (basic, linear, abstract)
*Geometry
*Trigonometry
*Calculus (differentiation, integration, multivariate)
*Differential Equations
*Probability and Statistics
*Topology (introductory level)
*Stochastic Processes
*Theory of Computation
*Analysis (real or complex)
*Applied Mathematics
So, whether you are just diving into one of those subjects, or are looking to gain a deeper understanding of their mathematical underpinnings, I am ready to help!
