I presently live in Vientiane, Laos. I was born in South Africa, but after I completed my Engineering Degree, I did a lot of international travel - through over 36 countries as a Consulting Engineer. ... I eventually settled in Thailand for a number of years, where I met my wife. We then moved to her home country - Laos. When I was younger, I was an avid cyclist. In my early 40's I began studying towards a PhD in Thailand, and have continued scientific research ever since. I operate a small server farm to perform CFD computer simulations. I love teaching and coaching. I love to see students do well in their studies and have had a number of very successful students, with grades from 94-98%, at times. Tutoring allows me to work from home, but, at the same time, reach the world. I love interacting with students from different countries, and encouraging them to grow. I treat each student as a very special person, and try to find a way to build up their confidence in their studies.
