ESL ESOL
Hello, my name is Elvira and I would be delighted to leave a review for Chef Miguel Antonio Pena. I was fortunate enough to have him as my English Professor and Culinary Arts Instructor when I was at the Universidad del Valle de Mexico-GLION Campus Mexicali. I learned more that I had learned with other professors because his way of teaching and explaining things were always so practical and easy to understand. He always made sure our questions were answered. There is not enough I could say to express my gratitude for having had him for a teacher/mentor. You are lucky to have him as a member of tour teaching staff and the students who book classes with him are sure to learn so much! Thank you for this opportunity to share my humble opinion, good luck on all your future studies! Sincerely, Elvira M. R.

Hello, my name is Maria Figueroa and I met Chef Miguel Antonio when he was here in Mexicali, Baja California several years ago. It turned out that he was my daughter's teacher for 3 of her classes at the Universidad del Valle de Mexico. I remember her coming home the very first day really excited because she had met her professors, as this was at the beginning of her studying the Culinary Arts. She commented that she had the same professor for 3 of her classes! Chef Miguel Antonio was her Culinary Arts instructor, her baking instructor as well as her English Professor! She said: "I hope he's cool, because I have class with him EVERYDAY! Well, not only did Chef Miguel Antonio turn out to be "cool"... He's one of the best Chefs I've had the honor of knowing! My daughter loved him as a teacher and so did I, because I went on to take several of his cooking and dessert home courses. He has a way of explaining that leaves no room for doubt and he inspires that confidence of knowing that "no question is too dumb to ask". For those of you who are looking for classes or a course just to learn a new skill or maybe you are ready to invest in your future, this is the right instructor for you! Best of luck in your future studies! Sincerely, Maria Figueroa
