I have about 3 years of experience teaching English as a foreign language and over 5 years of tutoring English, particularly writing skills. I have worked abroad in Ecuador and India as an English tea... cher, community developer, and cross-cultural ambassador with two non-profits. My most noteworthy position was serving as an education volunteer in Ethiopia through the Peace Corps, where I also earned a valid TEFL certification. These positions included mostly conventional classroom teaching, but I also worked with countless students of all ages and walks of life, including special needs students. As an English teacher and tutor, I aim to make challenging subject matter, particularly grammar concepts and fundamentals, easier for my students.
