Greetings! My name is Audrey! I am a student at the University of South Carolina School of Law and I have a BA in Government from Wofford College. I have been interested in and studying government si... nce high school and I have seen so many opportunities for students in government, in all different kinds of fields. I have interned for several years with the Solicitor's Office, which has allowed me to see these concepts in practice and to examine how they influence our day-to-day lives. I also love literature, and there's not much of my free time that isn't spent in a book. I love reading everything from Russian literature to Shakespeare and Jane Austen. Classical literature has shaped so many of our ideas and attitudes in modern society and I love exploring it! Anything you need help analyzing, I'm here to help! I think that there are many issues in the way schools approach these subjects which cause students to find them boring or uninteresting. My goal is to demonstrate how knowledge of these subjects can open up the world around us and help it to make just a little bit more sense than it did before by exploring why the world is the way it is, whether from a governmental standpoint or from explaining why society's attitudes are the way they are.
