To boost student engagement, I've also come up with inventive ways to organize enjoyable activities that follow the district-approved curriculum, such as introducing humor and pop culture into courses.
In addition to teaching my students lifelong English skills. I am a compassionate teacher, who remains sensitive to children's unique needs, differentiates instruction, provides individual and whole group support, integrates multicultural teaching units, and offers positive encouragement and reinforcement to keep students focused and motivated.
