This teaching philosophy of mine is intended to be used to make learning worthwhile. Using it can be an instrument of change, not just in the years that they are learning in school but also in life. M... y teaching philosophy is centered on applying good deeds or worthwhile projects that the public will love, thus generating happiness for the student. The philosophy also focuses on the majority's satisfaction without leaving the minority a sense of slackness or appreciation for the things they have done. In aligned with this, I employ these strategies when teaching. First, making the classroom discussion fun by giving motivational activities that suit the majority's interest in the class. Second, building a good relationship with our students makes them feel comfortable and light whenever the teacher is around. This can help them become more open to what the teacher will say and avoid conflicts and misunderstandings between the two parties. Third, we can assess our students by engaging them in group works that can give incentives in the short term and knowledge in the long term.read more
