Hi! I'm Sradha and I'm a current student at San Jose State University studying Business (Management Information Systems) and Biology Personally, for me, school was hard! It was hard for me to have the... motivation to do my schoolwork and I did in fact struggle in a few of my classes. I've done a lot of different types of tutoring throughout middle and high school and went through a lot of different tutors. I'm not the kind of person who learns by reading the textbook, but rather have explanations and a guide as to how to approach the problem and steps on how to solve it. By visually watching someone else do the problem first and explaining each step, that's how I learned! But at the same time I learn with easier terms and vocabulary. Some of the techniques my tutors used that I picked up on was by creating examples of the problems with things I was interested in! So it not only got me to learn better, but also talk about my hobbies and I really got to connect with my tutor as well which I hope to implement on my future students!read more
