I've always had an affinity for the English language, literature, and writing. In pursuit of this passion, I earned a degree in English Literature from Saint Joseph's University. Before college, I too... k AP English classes and earned a 5 on the English Literature and Composition exam. I am a published poet and short story writer for my university's literary magazine, "Crimson and Gray". With my poetic background, I can uncover hidden meanings within texts and help others discover them as well. I also interned as a Copy-Editor for my student newspaper where I honed the technical side of my writing and developed a keen awareness of grammar, punctuation, syntax, and other foundational elements. I am hoping to share my lifetime love of the English language with my students and to help them attain a deeper comprehension of reading and writing.
