I grew up in a small town in South Dakota on the family ranch, we spent most of our summers at rodeos! I currently live in Nebraska with my five horses and two border collies, whose names are Tipsy J... o and Rebel. In our free time we like to go on rides in the hills or to the local rodeo grounds! I understand how hard it is to struggle through school, becoming so frustrated and defeated that you just want to throw your hands in the air and quit. Through working at a middle school with special needs students both academic and behavior, I learned how to learn myself as I was currently enrolled in online classes. Working in the middle school inspired me to help in both academic and mentoring, so many students just need someone to be a confidant and friend. My teaching philosophy is through having students become stakeholders in their education, we become a team in order to achieve things that once felt unattainable.read more
