Hi, I'm Michela! I am a recent college graduate from West Virginia University. I majored in Music Industry and minored in Music Technology. Music has had a huge role in my life from playing in various... jazz bands, being in the marching band, playing in the pit for musicals and tutoring students on various instruments. Right now, music takes up my time through my internship at a recording studio, listening to records, playing guitar and piano and collaborating with others to create songs. Learning how to play and read music, practicing various instruments, working in DAWs, and understanding music theory can be overwhelming and can provide many learning curves. I know what these learning curves look like and how to overcome them from years and years of trial and error. I enjoy tutoring because I get to see the progress of those I am helping, I have always loved coming up with lesson plans and being able to have others interact with them.
