I grew up speaking Spanish in a Mexican household in Orange County. I have been studying Spanish on an academic level for nine years now and I am on my way to receive a minor in Spanish studies along ... with a major in Latin American Literature and another minor in Latin American and Latino Studies. I have taken an intensive year-long Spanish sequence for heritage speakers and I am currently taking a Spanish literature class on Spanish Theatre and another Spanish class on Advanced Writing and Conversation I try to better my Spanish everyday and I look for ways to incorporate it in my daily life when I am away from my home and not taking Spanish classes.
