I received my BS in Biological Sciences from Florida State University in early 2023. My focus was always centered in Marine Biology and I have worked considerably in the field as a researcher and as a... n aquarist. During my time as an aquarist, I mentored several interns in the field and spent much of my time educating the general public about the local ecosystem. Before my college career, I took a considerable amount of AP classes, so I am familiar with the structure and would be happy to help others learn and succeed in these classes as well as college-level courses. My main areas of focus pertain to Marine Ecology, Evolutionary Morphology, Environmental Sciences, and Fisheries Sciences. Hello! My name is John and I am a biologist who lives in the panhandle of Florida. I grew up around the Great Lakes and have always loved everything aquatic. I spend much of my free time in nature, us... ually taking hikes or going fishing. I have worked with different conservation/research organizations in the past and I would love to pass on some of my knowledge to you! When I was still earning my degree, I was always the student who would stay behind after class and help other students understand the material. I have always been able to take difficult concepts and lessons and translate them into something that anyone can understand. I take pride in knowing that I can help others expand their love for natural sciences.
