I have an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from a master’s in Exercise Science from the University of Arkansas and finished both degrees with a 4.0 GPA and as an honor’s student. In addition, I have worked first hand in the fitness industry as part of a hospital-based fitness center for over ten years as a personal trainer and more recently as an exercise physiologist.
