Hi! I’m Susan. I am from Brooklyn, New York and I attend St. John’s University with a pre-law track. Writing is definitely a huge part of my life and always has been. I can’t recall a time when I am n... ot writing. I enjoy it because when there is only a paper and pen in front of you, you have no limits. I can write about anything and it can be as long as it needs to be. I remember being in middle school and got in trouble once for putting “too many details” in my narrative essay. I fought for that essay because the essay was about me and I chose how many details to incorporate. Writing for me is a safe zone. I would love to use my skills in English and Writing to help students understand it and love it as much as I do. I tutored in the past, before the pandemic, and I genuinely feel like I’ve made a huge impact on students lives.
