After your first lesson with a new tutor, if you find that you and your tutor are not a good match, we can issue you a Lessonpal credit or refund for the total amount you paid for the first lesson.

We have made our canceling and refund process as easy as possible to ensure a high degree of trust and confidence in our platform. You can cancel your pending lessons with any teacher at any time and request a prorated Lessonpal credit or a refund. The processing fee charged on Lessonpal purchases is non-refundable.
