I like to see how students learn a language, to perceive how they discover something new: an expression, a colloquial term, a typical food, a custom. In addition, I am attracted by the cultural richness that is acquired by being in permanent contact with people from different parts of the world. I love to travel, to know other places and ways of being. And many times, a class is like a microcosm in which different cultures coexist. It helps you open your mind. The fact of feeling useful, perceiving that my work helps to meet some objective (the need to improve Spanish to improve at work, for example), or simply satisfies the various aspirations of the students, is something that also motivates me.
