Raymond MossInkster, MICriminal Justice Expert
Perhaps you are looking for an experienced Criminal Justice Management professional, who is skilled in
all aspects of supervising, budgeting, research, program evaluation, training, DEI, and community
relations? I have more than 20 years of experience in the field of criminal justice. Now I would like to
bring my expertise and knowledge to your company.
Over the past two decade I have successfully coordinated several successful initiatives for Michigan
Department of Corrections, Minnesota Department of Corrections, Ramsey County Community
Corrections Juvenile Detention Alternative Initiative, Annie E Casey Foundation, Cherry Health Adult
Reentry, and Rite of Passage working in the capacity of Consultant, Program Manager or Director. I have
helped coordinate efforts to reform policies and practices that harmed black and brown communities,
align Adult and Juvenile reform efforts, help to create culturally specific programming, help coordinate
the closing of Boys Totem Town (residential placement facility), run two residential placement facilities
as the Director, and helped several partners give power to the Community to make changes to the
broken Criminal Justice System.
My ability to work as a team player, effectively manage programs, and go the extra mile, together with
my penchant for detail, have contributed to my successes in the criminal justice field. My qualifications
for this position include excellent communications skills, research ability, an ability to coordinate
multiple tasks, and the interpersonal skills needed to build relationships with volunteers. My knowledge
in Criminal Justice, combined with the excellent writing skills acquired through a liberal arts education,
will allow me to prepare interesting, informative programs and publications. I am adept at analyzing
