Zachary DornfeldDix Hills, NYMusic Teacher, Composer and Producer
I am a graduate from NYU with a Master’s in Music Technology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Music from Stony Brook University. I have been playing in multiple bands and orchestras since I was young, and have played at all levels. I have helped other or fellow musicians at places like Usdan Summer Camp for the Arts, where I was a music staff intern during one summer, and I currently do music lessons through various music companies and locations such as Musika Lessons and the New York Musician's Center.
I am also proficient in clarinet, keyboard, and saxophone; I have played clarinet and keyboard for several years. I have had extensive training on clarinet and music production, as well as audio engineering, general music and composing, over the years through school and private lessons. I have also played clarinet in the NYSSMA All-County and All-State bands when I was in high school. Additionally, since high school, much of my time has been spent making my own music arrangements.
