I have a powerful background in public speaking, refined through years of experience, particularly at the University of Nottingham (UoN). As an advanced member of the Public Speaking Society, I rank 1st in the University of Nottingham, which also ranks first across the UK in Public Speaking. Furthermore, I competed nationally, ranking 4th in the UK in 2023 and 3rd in 2024 at the Inter-University Public Speaking Championship (IUPSC).
My expertise lies in articulation, effective pauses, and dynamic stage presence, using intonation, facial expressions, and movement to captivate audiences. I've also been elected as the Training Officer for the Public Speaking Society at UoN, the largest of its kind in the UK, for 2024-2025. In this role, I’ll be teaching 100 to 200 students in lecture auditoriums for 4 hours a week throughout the year.
Beyond my personal achievements, I am a co-founder of Warriors Within, an educational institute to improve character, where I teach "Charisma & Communication." I’ve guided over 20 university and PhD students in developing their public speaking skills, focusing on both technical proficiency and psychological comfort. My experience also includes presenting to senior managers and suppliers during a placement year at Jaguar Land Rover (JLR).
I tailor my teaching to each student’s strengths, ensuring they utilize the right tools for effective communication, while also addressing the psychological aspects of public speaking, such as managing fear. My students have consistently achieved top rankings in university competitions.
