Bryson BoydMartin, TNACT Tutor (scored 36)
I am an honors student at my high school and make consistent As with a high grade point average. I have taken several ACT practice tests and prep courses as part of my school curriculum, but none of them break down how to actually score highly. Typically, they are focused more towards bringing the low end of scorers up, which is good, but not all that useful for those who are going for a score of 30+. I made a 36 on the ACT (Reading - 36, English - 36, Math - 35, Science - 36), and I believe that I am able to bring a higher understanding of the test and what strategies to use on it. The test is simply a puzzle that has to be solved, and I believe I have the tools to give to prospective test takers to help them score their fullest potential. I also place an extreme importance on the power of peer teaching and review, and how valuable a teacher in your own age range can be, which is something most other tutors cannot offer.
This listing is for those who wish to boost their Math score. The curriculum will consist mostly of Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, and Trigonometry.
