From a young age, I have always had such a huge passion for English. It was my top favorite subject all through my learning journey. I'm into listening to USUK songs, watching Hollywood blockbusters, reading foreign books, writing English diary and presenting lectures in English.
Throughout my high school years, I always ranked in the top 5 students in my English Gifted Class. I also received opportunities to participate in competitions for English gifted students and won high prizes. Additionally, I earned a second prize in the National Debate Contest in my country, which further proved my speaking and English proficiency. I graduated from high school with a GPA of 9.56/10, with English scoring 9.8/10. I also achieved a high score (9.6) in English in the National High School Graduation Examination, thus I am confident about my ability to master this language.
During my university years in FTU, I was taught about English in my majors, Business and Economics, which further sharpened my understanding of this field. I also secured a part-time job in an IELTS center as an academic officer and teacher. My job mainly focused on designing learning materials and exercises for students with IELTS scores of 3.0 and above. I also participated in teaching and conducting entrance speaking tests to understand different English levels. With a solid background (IELTS 8.0 and a TESOL certificate), I managed to guide many students to their English goals, some of whom achieved at least a 5.0 IELTS score as a result. Being an English language learner, I understand the difficulty of learning a language from scratch. I am a trustworthy tutor for anyone looking to speak English as a second language because I can motivate and empathize with their problems.
I currently teach high school and university students from A2 to B1 levels. I help them correct pronunciation and grammar mistakes, improve their four skills, learn basic vocabulary and build a life-long love for English.
