As a current teacher at the Defence Language Institute, Certified Diagnostic Assessment Specialist and certified tester at the Foreign Service Institute, I am teaching all aspects of resident and non-resident courses using appropriate real-world proficiency activities and FLO-related tasks, analyze program effectiveness.
Assess and Diagnose student performance, responsible for reviewing the students’ counseling, Prepare students for the test and test critic. Develop Tests and quizzes and correct and grade them.
Adapt, modify, and tailors existing materials and prepares new materials in order to share it with my students and colleagues.
Stays abreast of current teaching, testing, and curriculum development methods, procedures and theories. Handle students’ issues, Organize outdoor activities. Respond to the daily administrative requests.
•Utilize all principles and additional teaching activities and review every unit materials with my colleagues before being scheduled.
