Victoria CooneyKent, OHFrench tutor
French is my first language. I grew up in Northern Canada, in Montreal. I have always had a passion for the French language and culture. I grew up in a bilingual household, speaking both French and English, and spent a significant amount of time living and studying in France. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the language, as well as the culture and customs of the French people.
I have also spent time teaching French to students of all ages and levels of proficiency. I understand that learning a new language can be challenging and frustrating at times, and I am able to provide the support and encouragement that my students need to stay motivated and engaged.
I am able to tailor my lessons to meet the specific needs of each of my students. Whether you are a beginner who is just starting to learn the basics, or an advanced student who is looking to refine your skills, I am able to create lesson plans that are engaging and effective. I use a variety of materials and activities to keep my students interested and motivated, including games, songs, and cultural activities.
In addition to my knowledge of the language, I have a deep understanding of French culture and history. I am able to incorporate this knowledge into my lessons, providing my students with a more well-rounded understanding of the language and its context. I am able to teach not just the language, but also the culture and customs of the French people.
Overall, I am an excellent French tutor because of my passion for the language and culture, my deep knowledge of the language, my experience teaching students of all levels, and my ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans. I am committed to helping my students achieve their language learning goals and providing them with the support and encouragement they need to succeed.
