As an author, I have written, edited, co-edited, collaborated on, and ultimately published several short works of fiction, creative non-fiction, and poetic works.
I have four years of experience in English tutoring, assisting undergraduate and graduate-level students in writing class essays, fiction and nonfiction creative writing, technical writing samples, and research papers. My general education experience covers nearly ten years of teaching, research, and project production, including written media, slide presentations, and informational posters.
My other education experiences include two years of environmental education for middle school students and eight years of wildlife education for students and members of the general public of all ages, so I am adept at researching, restructuring, and distributing information in a streamlined, easily comprehensible manner. I believe the most important thing an educator can offer their students is the ability to restructure information to fit the student's individual learning styles and needs. So if you need accommodations or a new approach, I will do my best to work with you.
