Vivek Kashyap has been practicing and teaching mindfulness for the last 25 years. He has led hundreds of mindfulness sessions in organizations and across the community, which has helped the participants to reduce stress, anxiety and increase resilience.
Vivek combines mindfulness and heart intelligence skills with his diverse background in engineering, technology, team management, to develop the best mindfulness practices for each level of the organization. He has conducted several mindfulness sessions for the high school students online to help them reduce stress, anxiety and to enhance their performance during exams.
