From a young age, I have always been passionate about English. It was my favorite subject all through middle and high school. I love reading books, analyzing literature, writing poems and short storie... s, and crafting argumentative speeches. In high school, I earned A's in all my English classes and scored 5's on my Advanced Placement English Language and Literature exams. I also received many national accolades during undergrad and graduate school, where I obtained a Master's Degree in a critical studies writing program. I have experience teaching ESL students and am an excellent tutor for anyone looking to speak English as a second language. I have an extensive background in editing and coaching students through personal statements. I helped several students with their college application essays during the 2020-2021 college admissions cycle. Some of the students I helped ended up committing to UC Berkeley, UC San Diego, USC, and Yale. I currently tutor middle school and high school students in English.
