About
I’m Travis Sean, an author, audio engineer, producer, and music teacher from West Palm Beach, Florida. I am the co-founder of AMP Music Lab, Palm Beach County’s largest and most loved Music School for... audio recording and music production lessons.
Before AMP, I was the lead university instructor for eight years at one of the top four recording & music technology programs in the USA. Over the last two decades, I have taught over 10,000 students seeking mastery in all aspects of Recording Arts at the highest level.
Before pursuing my passion for teaching and mentoring:
I clocked over 33,000 hours working in professional world-class recording studios
Recognized and received awards from the American Society of Composers Authors and Publishers (ASCAP/ASCAP PLUS)
Co-wrote original music for Rock-N-Roll Hall of Fame inductee Deborah Harry (lead singer of Blondie)
Produced and licensed original music for network and broadcast clients including Fuel TV and Nickelodeon.
Composed original music for an Emmy-nominated series on CBS.
Was a staff audio engineer at Battery Studios (NYC) and studio technician at Capture Sound Studios (Brooklyn, NY)
Worked at Zomba Music Group, and Sony/BMG Music Entertainment, tracking top-tier recording artists (Brittney Spears, Sean Paul) and other special projects in world-class recording studios.
I look forward to helping you on your journey with music production, whether you’ve already started making music but don’t have formal training, or you are just getting started, I am here to help you over the learning curve and take your music to the next level. Let’s go! The TIME is NOW. The PLACE is HERE. The POWER is YOU.
See you in the studio, -Travisread more
