About
Hi! I'm Teacher Veronica, but you can call me Teacher V if you'd like. I was born in Bicol and raised in Zambales, Philippines. I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Major in English at PR... SMU. I've been passionate about teaching since I was a kid. One of my dreams is to become a professional teacher who teaches young and middle schoolers in the mountain area. Because, I desire to help them aid their curiosity and develop their speaking skills, especially in speaking the English language.
Aside from teaching, my hobbies are singing, cooking, and dancing. I’m all about learning and discovery! I do love diving into new topics and helping students understand things better. Tutoring, for me, is a chance to facilitate those "aha!" moments and make complex concepts more approachable.
My tutoring philosophy centers on personalized learning. I believe everyone has a unique way of understanding things, so I tailor my approach to fit each individual’s needs. I aim to create a supportive and engaging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas.
What makes me “me” is my focus on curiosity and adaptability. I’m here to support you in finding the best way to grasp new material and reach your goals while making the process as enjoyable and rewarding as possible.
Feel free to ask questions. I'm looking forward to sharing my knowledge with you and helping you achieve your goals.read more
