I have studied the methodology of teaching collegiate-level writing over the past 5 years. In my time at the University of Houston, I worked both as a peer tutor and as a writing consultant on campus.... During my time there, I learned different ways to teach certain types of writing and was honored to help a variety of students: from being a student instructor for English 1301 to assisting doctoral students with their dissertations. I also tea... ch high school-level history and general test prep (ISEE, ACT, SAT, PCAT), but I specialize in language arts and writing for all grade levels (elementary to post-doctoral).
