I began playing guitar at the age of 9 and piano at the age of 11. I then went on to study music in 2019-2022 which included theory, composing and performing. I majored in guitar and music production ... for my degree, but the skills I learnt all translated to the piano too. I then went on to study my masters which I will be finishing on the 19th February 2024. It is a master of arts. Hi! My name is Shylo and I am a passionate teacher about all things audio and music! I currently live in South Africa and am half Portuguese, half English! I have been obsessed with music since I ... can remember, I began learning guitar at 9 years old, and never looked back! I then began piano at age 11, and fell in love with this instrument too. I decided to pursue music as a career, and got my degree in music, majoring in music production and guitar. I then went on to do my Masters in Sound design. I have worked as a teacher for over 4 years now and also work as a free lance sound designer. I have also had much experience within the studio and working as a live sound engineer and producer.
