Growing up, I was ... raised in a single parent household by my mother who had to work from early morning to midnight to keep food on the table and allow me to have access to higher education. Fortunately, despite my financial circumstances I was able to encounter teachers who were able to engage me, nurture my natural curiosity and passion that allowed me to become the person I am today.
