I'm now majoring in astrophysics, which calls for a solid grasp of mathematics. Since I was in preschool, I have been studying math, and I have never had any problems. I have experience teaching math ... to kids in Iran and Armenia, and I get along well with them.  In high school, I took IB math AA HL, which I successfully completed with a firm knowledge of the material. I am studying in University of Berkeley, California. I am aiming to get my degree in theoretical physics and astrophysics. It would be a lot of fun for me to be able to teach children about how math is used in real-world situations and how fundamental it is. Hello!! I'm Anna and a fun fact about me is that I don't know where my homeland is. I was born in LA, raised in Iran but I am fully Armenian by blood. I am currently studying astrophysics in Universit... y of California, Berkeley. I have been mentoring since I was in high school and I have loved it very since. My favorite part of teaching math and physics is the moment where my student understands the problem and starts enjoying it. Having to convince kids that math and physics are a major part of our lives is a bit difficult but I am aiming to do that. I love giving kids the confidence in solving problems because I understand how hard it can be to spend your time on a subject you don't like. so what I am trying to do is to show them the beauty of each subject.
