I have studied classical voice for 10 years, and have also tutored undergraduates music theory, music history, and aural skills. I am proficient in piano, and I have studied with Hofstra University an... d New York University. I have taught in NY, New Jersey, and Chicago, and in addition to my teaching experience, I have also been in 3 voice competitions, and two operas. I also teach from the RCM syllabus and compose, as well. I am both a creative learner and educator with my experience and skills in music as well as my self taught skills as an artist. I tailor my tutoring to the individual needs of the student, and work to relate music theory to any of their repertoire or life outside of music.
