I have worked for the Alpine School District in American Fork, Utah for a little... over 20 years, both as a Teacher's Aide and as a Substitute Teacher. There have been many opportunities to teach writing to K-6th Grade students in these assignments. As a Teacher's Aide at Aspen Elementary School, I worked as the principal aide to the Resource Teacher, with an emphasis on reading, phonics, and writing. It was very rewarding to see the progress the students made during the school year in the assignments they were given by their teachers.
