I majored in Professional Media and minored in Strategic Communication in college, and I continue to write everyday. I wrote as a journalist, and editor, for several years in college, and worked at a ... couple of publications after school. I also worked as a customer service representative for four years at a company that offers training videos to companies all over the country. I helped clients understand how to navigate a learning management system for their work training assignments, and I would troubleshoot a variety of issues with them to help get them to a comfortable place to learn.
