Hi! My name is Katie Hanson, and I am from Medina, Ohio. I am currently a senior education major at Ashland University. I have been working with students for four years and counting. This semester I a... m in a Kindergarten classroom working on writing and reading. I grew up being inside my mom's classroom and knew it was the job for me. I got my first job right out of high school at a local daycare working with school agers and loved every second of it. I got a position closer to Ashland as a lead middle grades after-school teacher. I now work with younger children at the local YMCA. I am also involved in Alpha Delta Pi Sorority and the Marching band on campus.
