I also participated in a lot of speeches and debates where I gave talks that I both wrote and delivered. I also got my TESOL certificate during my ESL years in a Korean company. I've been an ESL teacher for a very long time and I already catered to Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese students. While I am in a private company I also received a special award as a teacher. I presently provide English tutoring to students in elementary and middle schools. As a tutor, my ultimate goal is to help students become more confident while improving their topic expertise. It is clear that a large number of students who go for tutoring are unable to state, "This is the definitive answer," which gives rise to the idea of topic weakness. I watch out that none of the children experience tension or strain in the classroom.
