and I'm in the process of relocating to Tampa where I will be pursuing my master

of science in medical science with concentration in aging and neuroscience.

During my senior year of college,

I worked as a teaching assistant to first and second year undergraduate students

in an inquiry-based neurobiology course.

This course was unique for most students because they were responsible for

designing and executing a research project of their choosing.

Over the course of the quarter,

I served as a mentor for these students as they navigated the research process.

I'm super excited to be tutoring students here on Lesson PAL in biology and

neuroscience topics from the middle school through the college level. However,

as a pre-medical student, I have an extensive background in other topics,

including math, chemistry, and physics.

I strongly believe in promoting independent self-directed learning.
