Hello, my name is Joe. I recently moved to the Phoenix, AZ region. I worked many years in a large manufacturing industry in Northwest, IN. My background is in engineering but, I always wanted to teach... mathematics and science. My college professor convinced me otherwise. I tutored math and science in college and part time outside of school. I always enjoyed helping others, that is why I wanted to teach/tutor. Also, I believe one should help others with the talents they were given. When I tutor anyone, I try to teach in steps. The key in math or science is having strong basic fundamentals. Once you have a solid foundation of the basic concepts, it is easier to move forward and advanced.
