About
I live in Valdosta, Goergia. I am passionate about Science, Programing, Data Science, and Learning and Teaching, especially Tutoring. I am also very passionate about healthy living, meditation and min... dfulness, soccer, music, and art. For tutoring, I like the one-on-one interaction where I can meet the specific needs of the student, being more personalized, and I feel like I can help students better understand when tutoring one student. My tutoring philosophy is that every student is unique, and by gauging the student in the first few minutes, I can offer the best personalized instruction. I use and adaptive learning approach, specifically, the Scaffolding technique, where depending on the needs of the student, I try to offer more help in the first half of the session, and relatively less in the second half of the session where my goal is that the student acquires complete responsibility of the task, and this can be attenuated based on any number of attributes of the student, the subject, and the students' knowledge of the task and their level of education. I believe that I am a very professional and unique tutor because I have a breadth of knowledge and expertise in several academic disciplines where I care and cater to the specific needs of the students. Also, because I have applied an Adaptive Learning approach, Scaffolding, to Tutoring, my pedagogy and tutoring approach is very practical, effective, and has proven to be effective as judged by subsequent student performance and returning students that ask for my help.read more

Doctorate of Science program in Computer Science online with no mentor/advisor. I have completed app... roximately half of the 20 required courses. The last 5 courses are devoted to conducting my dissertation research where I am going to develop domain specific pedagogical agents using Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning to develop a Large Language Model that will act as a pedagogical agent for eTutors offering the best help the Tutor could offer the student during a one hour Tutoring session also based on a Question-and-Answer Reinforcement Learning model. I will integrate the pedagogical agent into Tutoring sessions where I am also developing a novel scoring mechanims to enhance eLearning through attenuation of an Adaptive Learning Approach that offers more or less tutoring help during the course of the one-hour Tutoring session in the hope to offer a more effective and more personalized eTutoring experience and enhance eLearning in a very short time period.read more
