I was born and raised in the Philippines. As my main language is visaya, I also speak fluently in Tagalog which is the Philippines national language, as well as cebuano. There are many similarities to... the Spanish language, which would make it easier for speakers who already may know some Spanish. There are 3 main Filipino languages, Tagalog which is mostly spoken in the Northern regions of my beautiful country, the Philippines.
