About
Hi! I'm Connor. I was a student at a four-year engineering college before deciding that I wanted to take a different track of study, which is why I headed-out to California to take credits at several ... community colleges in the hope of transferring to be a cognitive science major at a four-year college/university. For transfer, I held a 3.93 cumulative college GPA and a 1530 SAT score. I am now an undergraduate student double-majoring in Cognitive Science and Applied Mathematics at UC Berkeley.
I am so excited to be tutoring while balancing my personal and academic goals as well. I have a passion for language (I'm self-studying Latin, and speak Spanish regularly with whatever native speakers I can find), computers (I'm proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, and Python, as well as some Linux), and music (I play guitar and bass).
My goal is to instill in my students the academic passions that I hold so dearly, and hopefully have them pay-forward the love of learning and knowledge that I hold, if not already present.
You can catch me at my website at https://www.ctmorley.xyz, and I hope to see you around!read more

Dishwashing for a pizzeria is not a glamorous job, but I believe that gaining experience in the serv... ice industry is of utmost importance to any young worker. And it's not like you learn nothing from these experiences, either. In fact, my Spanish proficiency has skyrocketed simply by virtue of speaking with the cooks, delivery people, and customers of this local establishment. It has also allowed me to connect with the culture of the language and various Hispanic cultures in-and-of-themselves in ways that were never previously available to me in a classroom setting.read more
