I have been involved in Music for 15 years. I have taken piano for 4 years, Voice for 5 years, and played Alto Saxophone for 9 years. As a student at Utah State University, I have taken Aural Skills... (composition and listening skills), Music Theory (study of the fundamental elements of music), and more in-depth courses that cover the basics of music. I am able to understand how to write, listen, and identify specific characteristics in music. Including this, I have studied musical works from the Medieval to Modern eras. Hello! My name is Camryn Rasmussen, and I'm from Nashville, TN! I am currently a student at Utah State University studying Voice in Music Education. I teach general music, but I specialize in Voice.... Including these, I can teach songwriting skills, and help students build their stories in their songs.
